An effective and economical daytime alternative to under pads and diapers for men that experience surge or overflow incontinence and dribbling. Quick and easy application method eliminates the need for multiple changes, adhesives and adhesive removers.  It can either serve as a drip urinal for those that are only partially incontinent or with the use of the various supplied adaptors, it can be directly connected to any reusable or disposable leg bag or drainage system.

The urinal arrived promptly and the customer service were very helpful and courteous. The 4" sheath is a bit smaller than the longer sheaths and will fit most normally endowed men unless the penis becomes erect. This can cause some pain during a nocturnal erection. The smaller sheath is on the other hand quite nice during the day as it is less obvious under clothing and due to the snug fit becomes almost unnoticeable as you move around. The inner sheath seems a bit heavier than the others and as a result will probably not split after trimming, which the longer sheaths are prone to do. I would recommend this urinal to anybody looking for a collection device which can be worn for extended times with no worries about accidental leaks.
