  • How do I determine which crutch tips will fit on the end of my crutches?
    When ordering any product it is very helpful to know the product make and model of the item you want to purchase or replace. In order to ensure that you will receive the correct sized crutch tips, you must measure across the diameter at the base of the crutch tip. This measurement will help us determine which will work best for your crutches.
  • What is the difference in the sizes offered for the Jay Protector? Where would a measurement need to be taken to determine which size (Junior or Adult) is needed?
    If your wheelchair seat width is 12", 13" or 14" then you would select the Junior size. If your wheelchair seat width is 15" or greater, select the Adult size.
  • I am thinking of purchasing a Battery Power Solutions CPAP Battery. How do I know if I also need to purchase the 150 Sine Watt Inverter?
    The Battery Power Solutions 150 Sine Watt Inverter is needed if your CPAP machine is a ResMed or Fisher Paykel brand.  Also, if you wish to charge your battery through a cigarette lighter in your car, then the Inverter is required.

  • What if I receive my new bath chair and it does not fit in my bathtub?
    In most cases you will be able to return your bath chair as long as it has not been used and you have kept the product's original packaging. Please see our Return Policy for detailed instructions.
  • How thick is the padded replacement seat for the E&J Rehab Shower Commode Chair?
    The replacement seat is 4" thick but 4.5" thick around the oval cut-out.

  • What is the weight capacity of a heavy-duty power wheelchair?
    The weight capacity of heavy-duty power wheelchairs depends on the model type. However, there are some models that can accommodate weight up to 600 lbs. Generally speaking the weight capacity range for heavy-duty power wheelchairs is 300-500 lbs.

  • What if I want to pay for my EZ Reacher with a personal check?
    We are happy to accept personal checks and money orders in U.S. dollars. Select “Check/Money Order” as your method of payment when ordering online. Keep in mind that this type of payment method will delay your order. When you choose to pay for an order by check or money order, we do not process the order for shipment until we have received it and the funds have cleared.

Once this is done we will provide you with a price quote. If everything looks good frοm your end and our end, then we will process payment on the order and get it ready to build and ship.
    • Request an order form to be mailed or emailed to you. Once you receive it, complete your selections and mail or email it back to us. We will review you selections to ensure that everything is complete and will then prepare a price quote for you. Once we inform you of this quote, if everything looks good frοm your end and our end, then we will process payment on the order and get it ready to build and ship.
    • Order a wheelchair online by choosing frοm the pull-down options for each category displayed on the specified product page. A total price will appear once all the necessary fields have been selected. Once the order is submitted, we will review the order on our end to make sure everything is complete. If everything looks good then we will process payment on the order and get it ready to build and ship. If there is a problem with the online order you will be contacted with further instructions.

  • What is the difference between a foam wheelchair cushion and a gel wheelchair cushion?
    Gel wheelchair cushions offer more protection than foam wheelchair cushions to prevent pressure related skin breakdown. Gel cushions do, however, tend to be heavier than foam wheelchair cushions.
