If you have not tried this cushion yet, I highly recommend it. It is very comfortable and I haven't had to worry about pressure points with this cushion. I have used this style of cushion for about 8 years. What I like about it over other cushions is the low maintenance. It won't deflate because of a hole, it won't leak gel, or any of those other things that happen with those specialized pressure reducing cushions. The cushion feels a bit hard at first when it is new, but a firm kind of hard, not a "I've got to get off this" kind of hard. After a week you won't even notice that, and if you sit in another cushion it will feel mushy and without any support and you will want to get back into this one. You can wash this cushion in the washing machine, and the cover that comes with it is a fairly sturdy fabric that breathes. After about 2 years it will start to break down and you will want to replace it.
