HoyerPro+ Lifts are guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty includes all mechanical and electrical components.
Aluminum structural components and mechanical components on lifts are covered under warranty for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the equipment.

Almost all items purchased through CMS are returnable. To return an item you must be given prior authorization. It is necessary to contact us within 30 days of the date you receive the product. (We reserve the right to authorize after the 30 days.) Items that are non-returnable include (but are not limited to) items that have been used or that are not in their original packaging. Other examples of non-returnable items include ultra lightweight wheelchairs, handcycles, sport wheelchairs, hygiene products, opened urological products, special-ordered items, and any customized products. Exceptions would be if the item(s) received were different than the item(s) ordered.
